After spending years working with women navigating the challenges of hormonal changes, I’ve seen one consistent truth: menopause isn’t the end of vitality – it’s the beginning of a powerful new chapter.
My journey into menopause health started when I noticed how many women felt dismissed or misunderstood during this stage of life. They felt like their bodies had betrayed them, and were told their symptoms were “just part of ageing” or handed generic advice that didn’t address the underlying causes of their struggles.
I knew there had to be a better way – a way to not just survive menopause, but to thrive through it!
