                A note from Beth…

                Hey there! I’m Beth Klenner, the woman behind the M.E.N.O. Method.

                As a Naturopath with a focus on menopause, I’ve spent the last 10 years helping women navigate this challenging transition with grace and vitality. My journey into menopause health began when I realised that I could no longer eat what I wanted and not have a bloated belly, my energy fluctuated during the day and I began to have unexplained histamine responses that were ambushed by headaches.  Knowing my past history of having Psoriatic Arthritis, I knew that I could not let myself fall victim to any auto-immune disease ever again. As an ‘older’ Mum, it is extremely important that I am around for my children as my youngest enters into high school.  Being  a solo Mum, I also know the challenges first hand in balancing work, life, family time and finding space for ‘personal time’ with every new experience filling my toolbox with understanding, compassion and knowledge how I can best serve you.

                With six years of experience using Metabolic Balance and a deep understanding of hormonal health, I’ve developed a unique approach that combines the wisdom of naturopathy with cutting-edge science. My expertise in interpreting specialised tests like DUTCH, OAT, CoBiome and HTMA allows me to offer a level of personalised care that’s rare in the field of menopausal health.

                I created the M.E.N.O.
