Less 11.30kg in 9.5 weeks
I am a wife.
I am a mum.
I am a daughter.
I am a sister.
I am a friend.
I am a lifesaver.
I am a swimming instructor.
I am a business owner.
What I feel is holding me back is myself, because I am not respecting myself by not putting the right things in my body.
After speaking to Beth, a number times on various occasions it rang true to me that I cannot be all of the above things and more for long if I don’t take care of my body.
I have tried so many other ways of eating like Keto, HFLC, Bulletproof, Lite & Easy as wells as used prescribed medications like duromine.
I always lost some weight. Never got anywhere near where I aim to be, and when I stopped the weight always went back on.
I believe that Metabolic Balance® will work for me because it is tailored for me.
It is my individual program, but I also have Beth as my coach to guide me though this transition from the old me and way of life to the new me and way of life.
I will be fit and healthy and set a good example for our boys, and show them that by putting the right fuel in our bodies is a great start to achieve all we can and more.

Binita prepares her first meal on her Metabolic Balance® Journey. The first one of many.
Lots of colour and variety in her plan foods, delicious combinations, introducing new flavours and keeping some of the old favourites – it they are good for her!
Creating tasty food that is nurturing to the body and about what you can have and not abstinence from what you can’t.
PREPARATION PHASE
Metabolic Balance® offers a transitional stage before getting into the real ‘work’ of your personalised meal plan changing your body’s hormones. This transition just helps ease the load of the digestive system, and by just using whole foods in a sensible way you can get a nice cleanse through the body.
Here Binita has cooked up a lovely batch of home made soup.
METABOLIC BALANCE® PLAN PRESENTATION DAY
The exciting day has come in which I have the pleasure in presenting Binita her personalised Metabolic Balance® Plan.
We go through it in detail to ensure she has complete understanding of it and is happy with all the information and confident to start.
She knows that I have her back and will help her right through. She also has the support of the private facebook group all the other Metabolic Balance® Members I’ve coached.
THE INITIAL CONSULTATION
Before we start, it is important to get a base line of where Binita is currently at. This means we do a full Naturopathic Initial Consultation in which I gather all of Binita’s health information, past and present. In clinic, measurements and weight are recorded. The Thyroflex test is used to determine Binita’s current Thyroid status. From this I am able to assess how her Thyroid hormones are being used to metabolise (the speed which she is able to do things on the cell level). This impacts how every muscle moves – walking, exercising, digestion to hair growth, mental thought – memory recall and this is why Hypo Thyroid symptoms are so varied.
